when ben kingsley delivered that line to his befuddled best pal played by jeremy irons, i cracked up, not so much over the words but the delivery. he is just a master at timing. that film, 'betrayal' was my introduction to them both. jeremy played nervous, ben played cool. jeremy played 'knowing', ben knew.
now sir kingsley has nearly 100 screen credits. based on this insight, he career began long before the cameras rolled:
