this film is a tough little cookie and bullets fly. however, it is redeemed by the characters and the ultimate glory of loyalty. then again, does one ever fully trust in someone who lost their trust at some point? this 1972 little slice of living outside the law shows mcqueen at his best and ali at her most beautiful. they were in love and their movie was a huge hit.
