not exactly a household name. however, it was buzz who antagonized then befriended the new kid in town, jim stark. j.d. played 'jim', corey allen played 'buzz' and the rest is nothing less than the iconic red jacket.
corey still acts and he has over 70 credits as a director. i thought he was totally happening in 'rebel without a cause.' perfectly uncomfortable and very real.
