strange days

in 1977 the australian flmmaker peter weir made a very unusual and frightening film. richard chamberlain stars in this drama regarding aborigines, rituals, and one white man's unexplained connection with aboriginal culture. it is beautifully made and chamberlain is excellent. i still hold to the notion that special effects are not necessary to reveal otherworldly and mysterious images. the interesting story combined with the filmmakers skill will astonish you. amazing faces and performances.
