this woman was such a super actress, famous for dramas, musicals, and the danny thomas t.v. show. in noir films she is the quintessential 'sucker for a bad guy' girl. it is painful to watch her get ready to ruin her life for a man who could care less about her. however, someone had to do it and she did it the best.
