this is a near impossible to find movie but over the years of loving films i have learned a thing or two from sam spade. anne francis plays 'bobbie,' a super pretty young woman stuck on the wrong guy. she begins psychotherapy sessions with a nice doctor who is conveniently practicing right in her apartment building. she tussles with her memories on the psychiatrists couch and with her guy on her own.
she gets smacked, snubbed and woken up from her need for a man to validate her. the fact that anne francis possesses an innate style which transcends the era in which this was filmed is a lovely bonus.

rosie the riveter would gladly toss bobbie her do-rag like a baton.
