that's a sweater
wearing the sweater is joseph losey, the man who directed three films from Pinter's screenplays, The Servant (1963), Accident (1967) and The Go-Between (1971). all of them are faves of mine, especially 'the servant' which is, possibly, the most satisfying film ever.
what i did not know till tonight was that losey also directed the astonishing movie 'm' starring peter lorre. american born losey did in fact study in germany with bertold brecht.
