this actress really looks the part. when garbo saunters into the ladies section of the bar in the 1931 version of
anna christie', her 'anna' surely looked sick of the world, but not as 'experienced' as this woman looks here.

garbo made two versions of the film (1930 and 1931) which were shot simultaneously and used the same cinematographer, sets and costumes, but a different crew. Garbo was the only actress in both versions and noticeably differs in her appearance in the two versions.
