1962 john lennon received his first royalty statement with a screen credit included. he amassed a total of 315 soundtrack credits. they are mostly with the beatles but his classic 'imagine' has been in several television shows. being that john was so wonderfully funny it is surprising he did only a bit of acting. i think he could have been right up there with peter sellers.
