i have been sewing since i was a kid. i have always taken stuff apart, refashioned it will great plans that never materialized as i was always more comfy in what i was wearing while sewing! however, i am fascinated by beautiful garments. mgm genius 'adrian' did far more than drape the stars. i am not a big fan of 'costumes' but adrian's designs always moved so well and were never too loud. greta garbo and joan crawford may have waltzed in his timeless creations but this hat lets me know that he could rock a 'period' piece when required.
