oh my, do i want to see this. i was actually in the last biba shop. it was a block long and it felt like entering heaven. on the top floor was a gloriously glamourous tea shop. as the entire store was in it's closing phase (shoplifters to blame) all the garments were in huge piles on the floor. we are talking tiny silver stars on tiny tee-shirts. yes, i got one.
there has never been a better era in fashion. london never forgot and continues to relaunch the label again and again.
