i just received a box set of catherine deneuve films as a gift! i am immersed in them now. two things i can say right off the bat:
1. contemporary french movies are very pretty and a little odd. 2. catherine's gold/white beauty is like porcelain and the bones of her face appear to be as fragile as a sparrows.
