she painted flowers



if ever there was an understatement, there it is. painter georgia o'keeffe surely painted flowers but they were huge, sexualized, and revelatory. her work is a feminist's dream and an art lover's joy. graceful and stark, much like herself, these works travel the globe and come to rest in the o'keeffe museum in new mexico that houses over 2,000 of her paintings.
