for nearly fifty years this extraordinary woman has been making an offering of herself through film and photography. her self portraits are truly arresting. her film appearances began with 'blow up' in 1966 and most recently she participated in the 2006 james bond vehicle 'casino royale.'
i was privy to her presence at one of her art openings. she glides. her work, both beautiful and full of sorrow, took my breath away.
